Whether the innovative project is chosen aptly plays an important part directly in the existence and development of the enterprises. To counter the feasibility issue of the innovative project choice,this paper applies the excellent degree of project evaluation method to the choice course of the creation project and appraises the project scheme by using the method of the combination of the determination nature and quantities in order to offer the reliable basis for making policies.
