摘要
文章通过分析上市公司重组中的行政性重组 ,指出政府在资产重组中的重要作用 ,并提出了在加入WTO后规范上市公司资产重组中政府行为的对策。
The article analyses the behavior of government in reorganization of business.It shows the function of goverment in assets reorganization and provides some ways to stipulate the action of government after WTO.
