摘要
伦理经营的理念已越来越受到企业科学管理研究的重视。银行伦理经营对维护银行名誉、吸引顾客和一流人才 ,保持竞争优势至关重要。文章以上海花旗银行收费纠纷案所引出的中资银行欲对小额储户收费的问题 ,从银行伦理经营的视角 ,分析问题症结所在并提出解决的建议。
The concept of ethical management in business has attracted the interest in the field of enterprise management research. With the pressure of competition in banking, banking ethics plays a critical role in maintaining the reputation, gaining the high quality customers and the excellent employees in banks. The disputes case about the charge for the service in Citibank leads to the results of Chinese native bank preparing to charge to the small saving account. This issue serves as the starting point for this research. The concept of ethical management is used in analysis of this kind of problems. Furthermore, the paper also gives some constructive suggestions for the Chinese banking from the ethical point of view.
