摘要
风险投资以“高风险、高收益”为基本特征。文章对风险投资与传统资本市场上的股权融资投资、风险投资与银行信贷和企业项目投资进行了比较分析 ,以说明风险投资的优点。
An emergent mode of investment, investment at risks selects high-tech enterprises as targets. While the conventional investment purpose is to attain profit after they produce sellable merchandise on the market. Hence risk investment organizations would help with the development of the enterprise but wouldn't interfere redundantly of its affairs.
