摘要
知识型员工作为知识的载体 ,与企业之间形成战略性的合作关系。如何激励知识型员工 ,充分发掘、利用和发展其创造性与潜能是企业留住人才、用好人才的关键。文章通过分析知识型员工在个性特质、心理需求、行为方式等方面的独特之处 ,探讨了以薪酬激励为基础、关注发展与成就 ,重视长期效应的全面激励模式。
It is strategic and cooperative relation between the enterprise and the school staff . The key of enterprise's reserving and using talent is how to encourage school staff to develop their creativeness and latent capacity . Through analysing the different characteristics in idiosyncrasy , psychological need , behavior etc of school staff , this article discusses the overall encouragement style which is based on the salary , takes care of development and achievement ,and attaches importance to long-term effectiveness.
