文章首先建立了奇异系统的能控规范受限等价分解形式 ,然后基于此形式 ,研究了线性奇异不确定系统在满足匹配条件时的变结构综合设计问题 ,提出了切换函数和变结构控制的新方法。

This paper constructs the limited equality form of uncertain variable time-delay singular system,investigates the comprehensive design of linearly uncertain variable time delay sigular system and satisfying with matching conditions. A new controllable method of swithing function and variable structure is designed. The process is easy to realize.
