摘要
介绍了诱导作用的概念 ,首次提出了诱导作用存在与否的两种并列关系的判断模式。W 1选择性堵水剂及FW 1高效调剖剂具有胶凝时间可调 (3h~ 4 0h)、凝胶强度高 [(10 0~ 4 0 0 )Pa·s]等特点 ,在大庆、辽河等油田使用后获得了较高的经济效益和社会效益。以诱导作用的判断模式为标准 ,对W 1选择性堵水剂及FW 1高效调剖剂延缓胶凝机理进行了分析 ,证实了诱导作用是该两种油田化学助剂延缓胶凝作用的关键。
This paper introduces the basic concept of induced action and firstly present the judgement pattern of its being or not.Selective water shutoff agent W 1 and highly profile controlling agent FW 1 both possess the characters of adjustable gel forming time(5 h~40 h)and higher gel strength[(100~400)Pa·s].And they have achived notable economic benefit and society benefit in Daqing and Liaohe Oilfield.Based on the judgement pattern of induced action,it is analyzed that the delayed gelling mechanism of W 1 and FW 1.Through experimental judgement pattern and michanism judgement pattern,it was proved that induced action is the key to delayed crosslinked action in selective water shutoff agent W 1 and highly profile controlling agent FW 1.The idea of researching new type of agent possessing delayed gelling action and applied in second oil recovery is presented also.
