本研究具体分析了新疆国有经济分布的特点、经营及保值增值状况 ,得出新疆国有经济分布不合理 ,行业集中度低 ,运行机制缺乏灵活性 ,盈利能力欠佳。针对这些提出了新疆经济发展宏观结构调整的重点 ,指出新疆国有经济布局的战略调整应有计划、逐步实施 ,并需借助于资本市场的运作和完善的社会保障体系作保证 。

The article analyses state owned economy's characters, situation of operation and maintenance increase of value concretely. Obviously,local state owned economy ranges irrationally, business line is less centralized,operating mechanism is less flexible and less capacity to earn profits. About these problems , the article suggests to adjust the local economy developments to be the center of macro structure. This article emphasizes strategic adjustment range of Xinjiang state owned economy with plan and step by absorbing thecapital market's running and by assurance of perfect social security system.
