摘要
孢子萌发实验说明新疆吉木萨尔大蒜的鳞茎提取液对西瓜枯萎病、甜瓜枯萎病、黄瓜枯萎病和西葫芦灰霉病不同程度上存在着抑杀效应 ,EC50 值为 0 .1349%~ 0 .2 884 %。抑菌圈实验表明 ,大蒜提取液对黄瓜猝倒病、甜瓜疫病和西瓜绵腐病存在着不同程度的抑杀效应 ,出现抑菌圈的大蒜提取液浓度分别为 1% ,2 %和 5 %。两种实验方法都显示随着大蒜提取液浓度增加 。
The inhibitory effects of garlic(Allium sativum cv. Jimusaer White Skin) bulb were produced extract on 7 pathogenic fungi of gourds. The effective concentration (EC 50 ) observed in Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. niveum, Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. melonis, Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cucumbrum and Botrytis cinerea were 0.1349%~0.2884% using spore germination method. The inhibitory diameter observed and the concentration of garlic extract showed in Phthium aphanidermatum, Phytophthora melonis, Phthium aphanidermatum were 1%, 2% and 5% using round filter paper method, respectively. The higher concentration of garlic bulb extract was applied, the stronger inhibitory effects appeared.
