渠道预制混凝土板配合比设计研究

Design and Study on Mixture Ratio of Precast Concrete Board of Watercourse

在大量试验基础上 ,对预制板混凝土配合比进行研究。研究表明复合掺用引气剂和减水剂是提高混凝土耐久性的有效措施 ,使混凝土抗冻等级大于F2 0 0 ,抗渗等级大于W 10。预制混凝土板宜采用较高砂率 ,试验采用 36 %的砂率 。

Based on many tests, we studied mixture ratio of watercourse precast concrete board. Results indicated that adding air entraining admixture and water reducer could improve durability of concrete greatly,the frost resistance degree of concrete far passed F200, the leak resistance degree of concrete passed W10. Precast concrete board should use higher sand ratio, we used 36 percent sand ratio,the quality of precast concrete board was assured.
