不脱水脲醛树脂刨花板的后期热处理 被引量:11

摘要 对脲醛树脂刨花板进行后期热处理 ,不仅能够提高板材的内结合强度 ,而且能改善板强度的均匀性 ,尤其适合于不脱水、低摩尔比的脲醛树脂胶粘剂 ,在热处理过程中不会因固化剂而引起胶粘剂降解。无固化剂的刨花板同样能大幅度提高其性能。后期热处理工艺为 :当热压后板材的中心温度降为 10 0℃时 ,热处理温度 80℃ ,时间 30 Post isothermal treatment was effectively used to improve not only the internal bonding strength, but also its property homogeneity of the particleboard with low molar ratio and non dewatering urea formaldehyde resin with or without curing agent added. During the thermal treatment the curing agent didn't cause any degradation of adhesives. The post isothermal treatment conditions were suggested as keeping panels in an oven at 80 ℃ for 30 minutes while the center temperature of panels after hot pressing was cooled to 100 ℃.
