聚酯生产中DEG偏高的成因分析与对策

ANALYSIS OF HIGH CONTENT DEG'S PRODUCTION AND CORRESPONDENCE COUNTERMEASURE

从原辅料质量、工艺参数、生产状况等方面阐述了聚酯生产中DEG偏高的影响因素,提出采取不同批号PTA混用、停用EGS、合理调整酯化工艺参数、向反应系统加入DEG或第三组分等方法,均可有助于控制产品的DEG含量。

The effect factors on high content DEG such as quality of material s, technological parameter and production conditions etc,are stated during the poly ester production.The methods including different sets of PTA being blent,EGS not being used,technological parameter of the esterification being adjusted suitabl y and DEG or the third part being added in reaction system,are helpful to contro l the DEG content of product.
