建国初期党的干部管理思想探析

Exploration of the Idea of the Carder' s Administration of the CPC in the Early Period of Establishing the Country

干部是党的事业的骨干。党的一切方针、政策都要通过于部去组织、贯彻和落实。建国初期我党根据不同历史阶段所面临的巩固政权、发展经济等多方面的任务,提出了加强干部队伍建设的思想理论,使我党在干部队伍建设和管理上呈现出各不相同的特点。但在建设一支自己的专业化的干部队伍这一点上,一脉相承,始终成为党的干部管理思想的一条主线,并初步构建起了社会主义的干部管理体系。

Carders are the core members of the Party's Cause. All the principles and policies are carried out by the carders. Our Party put forward the theory of strengthening the construction of the carders' team in the early period of establishing our country based on the different tasks of each historicai period, which leads to the different specialties in the construction and the management of carders. But nowadays it is the same as before on establishing a professional team of carders, which is a main line of carders management. Thus the basie carders' administration system is established.
