Jing Xue', taught by the local people, appeared before the period of the Emperor Han Wu, Teaching was not the profession of Master and also there were no students enrolled for him. Emperor Han Wu established a Tai Xue in Chang' an, and appointed the master of Five Classics and enrolled the students. From then on, 'Jing Xue' was operated by imperial count. It became a main organization to foster officials for Xi Han Dynasty. To a certain extent, 'Jing Xue' has become a new path into politics for those people who wanted to be courtiers. Politics was open to the society under certain conditions and led to the change of politi-cal structure of Han Dynasty.
