理解德治观念是大学生提高思想道德修养的必要条件

既然大学生是具有较高理论素养、把握时代前进脉搏的高级专门人才,因而对他们进行思想道德修养教育时就不能仍停留在简单说教的水平上,而是要从安邦治国的高度来使大学生认识到道德修养、道德理想对于一个民族、国家健康发展的重要性。这就说明理解德治观念已成为大学生提高思想道德修养的一个必要条件。理解德治观念,就是理解“以德治国”在我国社会主义市场经济条件下何以可能。

College students who have high theoretical accomplishment and grasp the time pulse are high special talents. So the ideal and moral education to them must not rely on the lectures, but on their understanding of how important their moral quality and moral ideal are to a nation and a country. Understanding the idea of governing by virtue is a necessary part of the university students. Understanding this concept means understanding why governing a country by virtue is possible under the condition of socialism market e-conomy.
