装备应急维修技术研究

Research on Emergency Maintenance Technique of Equipments

现代战争的发展对应急维修提出了新要求,各国军队都重视应急维修技术的发展。从贯彻装备维修工作条例的角度初步列出了应急维修的研究体系,提出了应当重点研究和推广的先进实用战场原位抢修技术和定点应急维修技术,指出采用表面工程新技术、新材料、新设备、新工艺,实现快速化、自动化、智能化、信息化是应急维修技术的发展方向。装备应急维修技术对于国民经济建设中的设备现场抢修同样具有重要意义。

The modern warfare provided a new demand of emergency maintenance. Many countries in the world have paid great attention to the development of emergency maintenance. The research system and emphases are described in this paper. The direction of further researches is using new surface engineering techniques, new materials, new facilities and new processes to realize acceleration, automatization, intelligenization and informatization of maintenance. The emergency maintenance technique is also important to the in-situ maintenance of civilian facility in the countrys economic construction.
