一种带场景变换检测的码率控制策略

A Rate Control Scheme Using Scene Change Detection

摘要 文章提出一种新的场景变换检测算法,进一步给出一种新的码率控制策略。以图象序列组为单位,给出一种图象序列组分类的方法,然后以图象序列组为单位进行码率的调整。 This proposes a new scene change detection algorithm,and also proposes a rate control scheme .It gives a method of GOP(group of pictures)classification,and then adjusts the bitrate by unit of GOP.
