摘要 “生物信息学”是一门交叉学科,包含生物信息的获取、处理、存储、分发和解释等,它综合运用数学、信息科学和生物学的各种工具,阐明和理解大量数据所包含的生物学意义。文章对“生物信息学”的进展进行评述,从“人工智能”的观点,研究生物信息学中用到的模型和方法;并从计算机的角度分析了生物信息学存在问题和发展方向。 Bioinformatics is a combined subject.It includes how to get,process,store,distribute and explain biology infor-mation.It makes use of the tools of Mathematics,Information Science and Biology,and expresses the biological meanings of data.This paper reviews the development of the bioinformatics.Through the view of Artificial Intelligence,it discusses the model and method of the bioinformatics.Then it analyzes the problem in Bioinformatics and its' development direction.
