稀土、镁和钛复合变质中锰钢的耐磨性

摘要 研究了稀土、镁和钛复合变质剂对Mn6钢耐磨性的影响。结果表明,不同变质剂及其加入量对Mn6钢耐磨性的影响很大,当使用最佳变质剂及其合适的加入量时,可使Mn6钢的耐磨性提高50%左右,该变质钢在秦皇岛港务局实际使用效果良好。 The effect of RE, Mg and Ti multimodifer on the wear resistance of Mn6 steel has been investigated . The results show that the composition and the content of the multimodifer influence the wear resistance of Mn6 steel obviously. The optimum composition and content of the modifer are decided. The wear resistance of Mn6 steel is raised about 50% by the use of the modification treatment. The modified medium manganese has been used to manufacture lining boards in Qinhuangdao port.
