The present paper describes in detail the panorama of development and application of Management lnformation System for spare parts purchase in Wuhan lron & Steel Corporation,discusses the hardware and software design principle,the system safety measure and the sub-module function classification,elucidates Windows OLE and APl calling technology and lists part of the programs.
