CO2硬化树脂砂具有气硬冷芯盒的优点,同时又具有环保方面的优势。此类树脂砂主要包括聚丙烯酸钠-CO2法、酚醛树脂-CO2法、聚乙烯醇-CO2法等。其中,前两种方法近年来国内外研究较多,取得了许多进展,应用前景广阔。

CO_2-resin sand not only has the advantages that the cold-box process cured by gas but also has the superiority in environmental protection. This kind of resin sand includes sodium polyacrylate-CO_2 process, phenolic resin-CO_2 process, polyvinyl alcohol-CO_2 and so on. The first and the second processes have been studied more in the world in resent years and there has been some new significant development.
