摘要
网格剖分是金属凝固模拟程序的重要功能,其生成的三维直角六面体网格为运用有限差分法进行数值模拟计算提供铸件和铸型等实体的空间位置信息。网格剖分模块的关键技术有:STL切片法;将切割面偏移微小量,避免处理奇异点;网格(实体)经过变换矩阵实现轴测投影以及单个网格的可见面判断,整体网格的画家算法消隐观察等。经验证,这些技术的应用能高效地实现网格剖分的功能并可直观地显示网格剖分的结果。
Mesh Generation is an important function of metal solidification numerical simulation software. It generates right-angle hexahedron meshes that needed for finite difference method simulation. The key technologies of mesh generation module include slice method based on STL, Making the slice offset a little dimension to avoid oddity point, projecting to axis with transformation matrix, judging visual faces of single grid and using painter method for mesh hidden line, and so on. These methods have been proved that it can make the mesh generation efficiently and show the result evidently.
