摘要 为了评价螺杆压缩机转子型线优化设计结果 ,本文建立了一系列的数学模型来动态仿真双螺杆转子的啮合过程 ,这些模型包括 :1.采用积累弦长三次样条函数建立了阴转子型线的参数化方程 ;2 .根据齿轮啮合原理建立了阳转子型线方程 ;3.在此基础上建立了螺杆转子啮合过程动态仿真的计算模型。通过对一对具体的螺杆转子的计算 ,对其啮合过程进行了动态仿真。 In order to evaluate the result of optimization of rotor profile of the twin-screw compressor, a series of mathematical models were built to dynamically simulate the engagement process of the twin-screw rotors. These models include: 1.the accumulative chord cubic parametric spline curve which was used to design the female profiles; 2. gear engagement theory which was used to calculate male profiles; 3. A mathematical model was built to dynamically display the conjugation process. At the end, the engagement calculation of the twin-screw rotors was showed.
