摘要
研究分析数字PID控制器在过程控制应中经常出现的积分饱和现象及其相应解决办法。通过深入分析引起积分饱和现象产生的根本原因 ,及其造成的后果 ,并结合实例 ,从数字PID控制器的组成结构着手 ,提出比较实用的解决办法。针对给出问题提出了在积分控制器中加入抑制因子的解决办法 ,并给出了一种通用的避免产生积分饱和的因子函数的具体形式。结果证明在积分控制器中加入抑制因子能较好的避免因系统状态信号的突变引起的积分饱和现象。
The phenomena of integral saturation of digital PID controller often occurred in process control and the corresponding resolvents are investigated and analyzed. By deeply analyzing the primary causes to the integral saturation and its consequent results, and starting with the configuration of digital PID controller. resolvents were put forward, combining with one application example. One approach to embed suppressor factor in integral controller was proposed, and an exact form of suppressor factor function was given. The phenomena of integral saturation, caused by acute fluctuation of status signals, may be effectively controlled by embedding suppressor factor in integral controller.
