摘要
分析DXF文件的数据结构基础上 ,提出DXF文件格式识别与转化方法 ,针对大型数控绘图机自动编程的特殊性 ,提出了绘图轨迹的生成方法 ,并给出了一种轨迹优化算法。上述方法已成功地应用于某大型数控绘图机的自动编程中。
Based on the analysis of data structure of DXF file, a method of identifying and converting DXF(Drawing Exchange File) file is proposed in this paper. According to particularity of automatically programming of large NC Graph-Plotter, a plan of drawing-path generation is brought forward, and an algorithm of drawing-path optimization is also put forward in this paper. These ways have been applied in automatically programming of large NC Graph-Plotter successfully.
