摘要 介绍了PLC控制系统故障诊断的BP神经网络方法。文中首先对PLC控制系统故障诊断模型、PLC控制系统故障特点进行了分析。然后详细介绍了用BP神经网络实现PLC控制系统故障诊断的过程 ,特别是故障诊断BP神经网络结构和故障诊断训练样本的确定方法。在文章最后 ,还给出了该故障诊断方法的应用实例。 A new approach to fault diagnosis of PLC control system is introduced here.With PLC is used more and more widely,it is important to study of the method for fault diagnosis.When the fault of PLC control system happening,the product quality and the manufacturing efficiency will be reduced,and even the overall system will be stopped,which lead to economic loss.To realize fault diagnosis of PLC control system,the function chart structure of PLC control program is adopted,and the character and the essence of the PLC control system fault are analyzed.Based on the front, applying BP neural network to fault diagnosis,a new method is provided,and the procedure to determine the BP neural network and the train set is detailed.At last an example using this method is also described.
