摘要
介绍了凸轮轮廓测量平台的组成、工作原理和实现方法。首先 ,设计出了下位机测量电路的硬件和软件流程 ;其次 ,给出了下位机与上位机之间传输数据格式 ;最后 ,基于VB6 . 0的环境设计出上、下位机通信和测量数据管理分析软件。该测量平台可以应用于凸轮机构的教学、设计和制造过程。
In this paper, the development contents about cam outline measuring platform are introduced. It consists of composing structure, work theory and realization method. In the first place,the design of hardware and software is explained.Secondly ,data transporting format between chip microprocessor and PC is referred. Finally ,the software which analyse communication and measuring data between chip microprocessor and PC is completed based VB6.0.This platform can be used as a teaching ,design and manufacturing equipment about cam mechanism.
