高耐候性纳米复合外墙涂料

High Weatherability Nano-Scale Compound Exterior Wall Paint/

采用表面改性法研制了纳米复合浆料 ,并配制高耐候性纳米复合外墙涂料。介绍了该涂料的配方及其性能检测结果。试验结果表明 :在传统外墙涂料中加入纳米TiO2 和纳米SiO2 复合浆料 ,可提高涂料的综合性能。讨论了纳米复合浆料用量及其协同效应。

The title paint was formulated with surface modified nano scale compound slurry. The formulation and property test results are given. It has shown that incorporation of nano scale TiO 2 and nano scale SiO 2 in traditional exterior wall paint will improve the comprehensive properties of the paint. The amount of compound slurry used and its synergistic effect were discussed.
