摘要
行波超声马达是一种靠摩擦力直接驱动的新型驱动器。其中摩擦材料的优劣对于行波超声马达的工作性能和使用寿命有直接的影响。该文提出了一种以超高分子量聚乙烯为基体的摩擦材料,并掺入多种无机微粒和高分子化合物改善其性能,对制得的摩擦材料样品进行了摩擦学分析和应用于马达的对比实验。从理论和实验的角度提出了行波超声马达用摩擦材料对各摩擦学参数的要求。
Traveling wave ultrasonic motor is a new type of actuator driven by friction. The performance of friction material determines the working status and longevity of the motor. This paper proposed a kind of friction material whose basis is ultrahighmoleculeweightpolythene (UHMWPE). Varies of ceramic particulate and polymer were intermingled with UHMWPE to achieve higher performance. Tribology analysis and contrast experiments have been done to obtain excellent friction material samples. The tribology parameters of the friction material for traveling wave ultrasonic motor are determined by both theories and experiments.
