分散剂对聚偏氟乙烯树脂分散性的影响

Influence of Dispersant on the Dispersibility of Polyvinylidene Fluoride Resin

聚偏氟乙烯 (PVDF)树脂的临界表面张力很低 ,其分散性有独特性。研究了不同分散剂对PVDF分散性及涂膜性能的影响。试验结果表明 :阴离子表面活性剂、含氟表面活性剂和含硅分散剂三者以适当比例配用 ,构成的分散剂体系能很好地分散PVDF。

The polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) resin shows very low critical surface tension, and unique dispersibility. The influences of various dispersants on the dispersibility of PVDF have been studied . It has shown that anionic surfactant, fluorine containing surfactant, and silicon containing surfactant of their proper blending ratio are the good dispersant system for PVDF resin.
