原子荧光光谱法测定涂料中痕量砷和锑

Determination of Trace Arsenic and Antimony by Use of Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

采用氢化物发生 -原子荧光光谱法 ,用L -半胱氨酸预还原法 ,测定了涂料中痕量砷和锑。讨论并确定了最佳的测定条件。试验结果表明 ,砷和锑的检出限分别为 0 0 5 8μg/L和 0 0 75 μg/L ,回收率为 98 5 %～ 10 0 3% ,相对偏差分别为 0 6 %和 0 9%。该方法准确、快速、简便 。

The trace arsenic and antimony in coatings were determined by use of L semicystine pre reduction method and atomic fluorescence spectrometry (hydrogenate generated). The optimum conditions for determination were finalized. The determination limit for arsenic and antimony are found 0.058 μg/L and 0.075 μg/L respectively.
