摘要
研制了一种高功率高边模抑制比及高波长稳定性的DBR型掺铒光纤激光器。该激光器使用980nmLD作为泵浦源,并使用长度为2.75m的高掺杂浓度的掺饵光纤作为增益介质,在1.55μm波段获得了3dB线宽为0.2nm,25dB线宽为0.4nm的激光输出。最大输出光功率25mW,输出功率稳定性±0.01dB,边模抑制比60dB,波长稳定性0.01dB(受光功率计精度的限制),阈值泵浦光功率8.6mW,斜率效率21.7%。
One DBR Er3+doped fiber laser of high output power and high wavelength stability was developed. Its gain medium was 2.75m long Er3+doped fiber of high erbium concentration. When it was pumped by 980nm laserdiode, the output spectral bandwidth was measured as 0.2nm by 3dB and 0.4nm by 25dB at 1552.2nm. The max. output power was measured as 25mW. Its power stability was ±0.01dB, side mode suppression ratio was 60dB, and the stability of output wavelength was 0.01dB(Confined by the precision of OPM). The laser had a threshold of 8.6mW and a slope efficiency of 21.7%.
