摘要
文中提出了一种应用于中途油气层探测的测井仪器的实时测量系统,该测量系统采用了近红外光谱技术,使用以待测成分的特征吸收波长为中心波长的一组滤光片进行分光,体积小,结构紧凑,能够实时分析井下流体成分(如原油、水及钻井泥浆等)的含量。对一组成分含量已知的原油混合物的光谱所建立的线性回归模型的分析表明,由滤光片得到的光谱(使用MLR算法)建立的模型的线性相关程度,与使用整个光谱(使用PCR算法)建立的模型相当,线性相关程度均显著,从而验证了该测量系统的可行性。
In the paper an online analysis system using Nearinfrared spectroscopy technology is presented,which is applied to fulfill real time measurement of the amount of components in downhole fluid,such as crude oil,water and drilling mud,in a logging instrument for midway exploration of oil layers.In the analysis system,a group of narrowband filters are used,whose center wavelengths correspond to characteristic absorbing peaks of measured matter. This gives the analysis system a small size and a compact structure.Also nearinfrared spectroscopy of a group of crude oil mixture samples is measured,the amount of whose components is known. Linear regression models that were set up show that the correlation of the model using several wavelengths is equivalent to that of the model using all wavelengths. This proves the feasibility of this online analysis system.
