摘要
介绍了一种重频10Hz,Cr4+∶YAG被动Q开关输出能量约100mJ的小型无水冷固体激光器,和无水冷激光器常用的几种结构形式,为提高器件的环境适应性,采用了角锥棱镜作为全反镜,器件在常温下输出约107mJ,在高温+50℃环境条件下工作,激光输出112mJ;在低温-40℃环境条件下工作,激光输出103mJ。
A passively Q-switched laser which is not cooled by water using Cr4+∶YAG as saturable absorber with pulse repetition frequency 10Hz and output energy 100mJ is presented.Several types of laser without water cool are analyzed.In order to improve the performance of the laser,a pyramid prism is used as high reflector of the resonator.The output energy per pulse is 107mJ,112mJ and 103mJ at the room temperature,+50℃amd -40℃respectively.
