摘要
扭杆弹簧是车辆悬挂(架)装置中常用的弹性元件。该文利用有限元方法对扭杆弹簧进行了建模,给出了扭杆弹簧的结构应力分布规律,在此基础上,对原结构存在的问题,提出了改进方案并进行了有限元的优化计算分析。分析结果表明,所提出的改进结构优于原结构,其研究结果对扭杆弹簧的优化设计具有指导意义。
By using software ANSYS,the distress distributing pattern of the torsion bar spring is given out in this paper,and an optimization model of torsion bar spring is built up . On basis of the original structure, another structure model is brought forward and an optimum design is analyzed using FEM. Analytical results indicate that the optimized structure is superior to the original form and this method provides the guidance to the optimum design of torsion bar spring.
