虚拟制造技术在电动工具设计中的应用

摘要 该文简要介绍了虚拟制造技术尤其是虚拟样机技术目前的发展状况,阐述了当前电动工具行业的一些发展趋势,指出对虚拟样机技术的需要,并结合实际提出了一种电动工具行业或轻型机械行业应用虚拟制造技术的原则、重点及方法,并利用虚拟样机技术对一电动射钉枪联动钢绳易断问题给出分析和解决方案。 The Virtual manufacturing technology especially virtual prototype technology development status was briefly introduced. The current power tool industry develop trend in design and manufacturing process was described, the need for the VM technology in power tool design was also pointed out. A method and some important rule during the application of VM and VP in power tool or light mechanism industry were given out. Meanwhile a problem analysis example of the VP application in an electric nail gun was also presented.
