摘要
以电力市场的效率最大化为目标,分析了网络阻塞对电力市场均衡的影响,建立了阻塞情况下的新的电力市场均衡模型.该模型在形式上与无阻塞情况下的电力市场均衡模型是一致的,说明阻塞费用的产生是由于阻塞定价的不合理造成的.以等报价原则为基础,以潮流计算为工具进行阻塞调度、定价和费用的分摊,以IEEE-30节点系统为例对所提出的算法进行了验证.结果表明,本文方法可以应用到实际电力市场中.
The impacts of the congestion to power market equilibrium were analyzed. A power market equilibrium model which is the same as that with the primary form was established. The producing congestion cost reasons were explained and the congestion dispatching, congestion pricing and the congestion cost allocation were progressed based on the equal price principle and the power flow arithmetic. The case study was made at an IEEE-30 nodes system and the conclusion is proved that it is a practice method for congestion dispatching.
