摘要 通过离线辨识蒸发器过热度控制的实验数据,得到了基本二阶惯性纯迟延模型以及相关的非线性动态特性.在此基础上,经过控制器参数整定得到了利用单片机开发的实时控制器用的优化控制参数.同时,根据系统时变、非线性的特点,在基本PID算法的基础上,融入自适应控制在线识别系统工况,实时改变控制器的控制参数.实验表明,自适应PID控制相对于单纯PID控制,在控制精度、稳定性等控制品质指标上有较大提高,适于工程实用. Based on the experimental data of controlling superheat of the evaporator, this paper obtained the two-order inertia model with pure delay and related nonlinear dynamic characteristic by off-line identification. Above this, controller parameters are tuned to gain optimized control parameters for real-time controllers developed with microchip. According to the characteristic of systems, such as changing with time and nonlinear, an adaptive control is used in the basic PID algorithm. That is to identify system operational status, and change control parameters real-timely. The experimental data shows that compared with the original PID algorithm, the adaptive PID algorithm has made much progress in control quality, such as control precision, stability, and is suited to engineering utility.
