摘要 热分析技术和傅立叶红外光谱法研究了氧化铜 (CuO)对聚酰胺 6 (PA6 )热降解性能的影响和作用机理。结果表明 ,氧化铜可降低PA6的起始分解温度和热失重速率 ,提高热分解的活化能 ,促进烷基酰胺键的断裂 ,改变PA6的热降解途径。在有聚磷酸铵 (APP)存在时PA6的起始分解温度尚可从 2 78℃提高到 316℃。CuO与APP合用可以降低PA6的分解活化能 ;APP与PA6反应生成磷碳酯类物质 ,改变了PA6的热降解途径 ,其生成物在高温下具有较好的热稳定性 ,有利于阻燃。 The effects of copper oxide and ammonium polyphosphate(APP) alone and in combination on the thermal degradation PA6 have been studied by TGA and FTIR techniques. The results show that CuO alone could lower the on-set temperature and the maximum rate of mass loss of PA6 on heating, increase the apparent activation energy of thermal decomposition of PA6, induce the scission of the N-alkylamide bond and after wards change the thermal degradation process of PA6. In combination of APP, CuO increases the on-set temperature of PA6 from 278 ℃ to 316℃. The combination of CuO with APP decreases the activation energy of thermal decomposition of PA6. A chemical interaction is shown to take place between ammonium polyphosphate and PA6 on heating, leading to the decrease of apparent activation energy of PA6 and its degradation mechanism.
