Research on Manufacture Process Reusing Method Basedon Knowledge Discovery Principle

针对 CAPP中工艺知识获取的问题 ,从基于数据仓库的知识发现的角度对工艺知识的获取进行了研究 ,提出了工艺知识重用的概念和在实际应用中的表现方式。采用聚类分析法处理工艺数据 ,提出了一种改进的文本聚类算法 ,建立了从工艺数据中进行工艺知识发现的过程模型 ,并用这种分析方法对某工程机械厂的工艺数据进行处理 ,提取标准工艺术语和工艺元 ,所获得的工艺知识对 CAPP的智能化和工艺标准化有很强的实用价值。

In relation to the problem of knowledge acquisition in CAPP,the concept of process knowledge acquiring and behavior mode in application are represented.Using gathering analysis method to deal with process data, an improved Clustering Algorithm is put forward, and the process model is built.Analysing process data of a factory, extracting standard technology words and standard process cell, the results are valuable for CAPP intelligence and process standardization.
