Study on Process-Dimension Complete-relativity Model

提出了工艺尺寸全相关模型 ,为工艺过程中复杂尺寸关系的系统性表达提供了理论基础。该模型能够表达全部工艺尺寸及其之间的关联关系 ,任何工艺尺寸的修改可以自动调整关联尺寸 ,使工艺尺寸保持一致。论述了工艺尺寸全相关模型的概念 ,给出模型的形式化定义和主要尺寸关系查找算法 ,结合具体实例介绍了模型的建立方法和应用。该模型已在开放式CAPP系统中得到应用验证。

A process-dimension complete-relativity model is put forward in the paper, which provides a theory base for systematically representing complex dimension relations in process planning. All kinds of process dimensions and their relationships can be expressed in the model. Any modification of a process dimension can make its relative process dimension changed automatically. This paper discusses the concept and the formal definition of the model, gives the search algorithms of the main dimension relationships. A sample that uses this model will be described. The model has been applied and validated in a CAPP system named OpenCAPP.
