摘要
针对数字化齿面加工 ,提出一种齿面加工误差评定策略 ,运用统计分析和最小二乘原理 ,建立相应的加工误差评定基准数学模型 ,并采用坐标轮换搜索的优化方法对其进行了求解 ,为加工齿面与理想数字齿面匹配、加工齿面误差统计及随后的补偿加工创造了良好条件。实例验证了方法的正确性。
Taking the traits on machining of digitized gear-tooth surface into consideration, an appropriate assessment strategy for its machining errors is proposed. By utilizing statistical analysis and least-square method, a mathematical model of the basic reference for estimation of machining errors on the real surface is built.An advanced optimization of taking turns coordination are adopted to seek solution of it. An example proves they are accurate,which can bring about the preconditions for match between the real surface and the ideal one, calculation of machining error on the surface and error compensation at next processing.
