摘要
采用有限元法模拟曲面壳体热拉深成形,并进行成形工艺试验,其模拟结果与试验结果一致。说明有限元法模拟完全可以指导其工艺流程制定和模具设计,提高工作效率,降低成本。
A curved surface shell hot drawing was simulateel by finite element method and forming trial was condncted.Two results were in agreement.The conclusion is that the finite element method can guide process formulation and the mould design which raises work efficiency and reduce the cost completely.
