机车铜导线闪光对焊工艺及水韧处理

摘要 在分析盘圆铜材接头原用电阻对焊工艺存在焊后拉拔断头率高的原因基础上,通过改用预热闪光对焊及其合理的工艺参数,并在焊后采用"水韧处理+锤击"等工艺措施,使焊后拉拔断头问题得到了很好地解决。 On the basis of analyzing the cause that when the joint of coiled up copper material was welded in the way of resistancing butt welding technology,the cracking of joint during drawing is in high rate,the problem of brittle cracking of joint was studied during drawing after welding.The problem was successfully solved by turning to use preheating flashing butt welding,reasonable technologic parameters,and adopting the'water tenacity treatment+knocking with a hammer' and other technologic measures after welding.
