摘要
福州电业局通过抢修车辆GPS卫星定位系统的建设,不仅加强了抢修车辆的管理,提高了抢修效率,而且引发了管理模式上的变化,以信息化为依托重新塑造电力抢修流程,大大提高了客户满意率。
The Fuzhou Electric Power Bureau has built a management system using GPS for rushing- to- repair cars, which not only enhances the management and improves the efficiency,but also change the management made and the working flow, and improves the satisfaction of client.
