针对电能量计量中电能表更换后的采集程序变动问题,提出了“插件”技术,解决了电能表或采集通信协议改变后的采集问题,实现了在采集程序不改动的情况下,对不同的电能表进行采集。

This article introduces a new technology of plug-in, which resolves the problem that the alternation of the watt-hour meter and the protocol of communication of collection of electric energy,and the technology can retain communication without changing the main program when the protocol is changed.
