摘要
对不同施肥日光温室西红柿菜地土壤脲酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶活性及土壤呼吸强度的测定,结果表明,不同施肥土壤呼吸强度较对照增强,蔗糖酶活性在苗期(除施化肥外)、始花着果期(除施沼肥外)、拉秧期较对照增强,采果初期除个别较对照增强外,其余处理均有不同程度的降低;磷酸酶活性在苗期、始花着果期、拉秧期较对照增强,采果初期施有机肥较对照强;脲酶活性施有机肥处理较对照强,且随生育期延迟而增强;过氧化氢酶活性施用有机肥、化肥+叶面喷肥的处理较对照增强,其余处理不同时期过氧化氢酶活性有不同程度的增强或降低。
This article is analyzed the relationship between enzymatic activity and breathing intensity in soil at different fertilization treatment of tomato in early spring.The result shown as following:soil respiration intensity in fertilization is more active than that of comparison,and sucrase activity and phosphatase activity are more active than that of comparison in seedling stage and fruiting and harvest period,and sucrase activity is not identical in fruiting,and phosphatase activity by using manure is activer than comparison in fruiting,and urease activity by using organic fertilizer is more active than that of comparison,moreover urease activity is more active with procreating period delay,and catalase activity are more active than comparison by using manure and chemical fertilizer + manure outside the roots.
