摘要 从土壤中获得微生物的传统的方法是富集、培养、分离,在此过程中造成微生物多样性的丢失,种群构成发生变化。不经过传统培养,直接从土壤提取总DNA并进行分子生物学分析来研究土壤微生物种群情况,能够更直接更可靠地反映土壤微生物的原始组成情况,是近几年发展起来的、全新的实验手段。本文介绍了从土壤中直接提取DNA的方法及其研究成果。 The traditional ways to obtain microorganism from soil are accumulation, cultivation and separation, which may cause the loss of the variation and the changing of the family structures of the microorganisms. The method to distill DNA directly from soil without the traditional cultivation and to conduct the molecular biological analysis can have a more directly and better reflection to the original composition of the microorganisms of the soil. This is a newly developed method in the recent years. This thesis is a brief introduction of the method to distill DNA directly from soil and the result of the research.
