摘要 路由器的拥塞控制策略是采用主动队列管理算法(AQM),最广泛被采用的主动队列管理算法是随机早期检测(RED)算法。文中详细讨论了RED算法,并剖析了基于RED算法的几种改进策略,经比较它们的优点及其存在的主要缺陷后,提出了进一步研究主动队列管理算法的方向。 Routers deal with congestion by means of active queue management algorithms. One of the widely used algorithms is Random Early Detection algorithm. The paper discusses RED algorithm in detail and gives ways to improve the performance of RED algorithm. Then,their virtues and shortcomings are analyzed. Finally the paper points out the direction of research.
