摘要
给出了一种基于80C196KC单片机的新型铁水石墨形态炉前快速分析仪,介绍了其测试原理、硬件部分构成及相应软件的设计,并通过模拟试验讨论了其数学模型的可靠性。该测试系统相对原有的检测方法大大缩短了测试时间,适用于铁水石墨形态的炉前快速检测。
A new instrument for the prediction of graphite shape in melted iron based on 80C196KC chip computer is introduced.The testing theory and the analysis of its hardware design and corresponding software develpment is presented.Furthermore,the reliability of the mathematic model is also discussed according to the analogue experiment results.This test system can greatly reduce the test time compared with former test methods.It is suitable for the on-the-spot quickly measurng.
